Project Brief
Remedify was required to remediate water ingress affecting planter boxes and balconies in a high-end residential apartment complex.
Scope of Works
Remove existing balcony and planter box floor coverings and membranes
Install new stormwater drainage system
Apply secondary waterproof membrane and engineered screed to correct substrate falls
Application of Fatrafol 810V sheet membrane as the primary system
Supply and install high-performance glazed skylight · Construct timber decking on balconies using Nura jack pedestal system · Reinstate landscaping · Painting and general making good
