Project Brief
Remedify was appointed to provide extensive remedial works, renovation & building services upgrades to an existing heritage dwelling.
Scope of Works
Selective remediation of the existing structural elements
Ground Consolidation & underpinning via resin injection
Internal & External Masonry wall repairs and consolidation including, cavity flashing installation, Helifix Crack stitching ties, epoxy resin repair, reconstruction and toothing in line with AS3700 and re-pointing of all external brick work
Complete Slate roof replacement, including roof stormwater drainage
Building Services upgrades to all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services
Window Leadlight repairs & replacement
Complete refurbishment of all interior linings, mouldings, and finishes, returning the heritage residence to its former grandeur.
