Remedify was engaged to remediate foundation, concrete slab, and masonry wall defects within an existing retail tenancy.
Scope of Works
Selective demolition of existing structures
Ground consolidation via resin injection
Installation of screw piles to achieve engineered foundation bearing capacity
Construction of a raft slab and new foundation system
Masonry wall repairs and consolidation, including Helifix crack stitching ties, epoxy resin repairs, re-pointing, reconstruction, and toothing in line with AS3700
