Remedify was engaged to remediate water ingress and mould caused by incorrectly installed cavity and windowsill flashings, as well as issues with existing window systems.

Scope of Works

  • Install new cavity and windowsill flashings

  • Supply and install high-performance commercial window systems

  • Apply waterproofing to concrete niches above windows
